Dr. Hamid Hefazi, Mechanical Engineering Department Chair of the State University of New York (SUNY) Korea, visited Ateneo de Davao University’s School of Engineering and Architecture and gave a series of talks last November 21-22, 2019.
On November 21, Dr. Hefazi, who holds a PHD degree in Aerospace Engineering, had a roundtable discussion with SEA administrators and professors regarding the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) and the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
In the morning of November 22, he gave a lecture on Multidisciplinary Design and Optimization for Innovative Concepts. It was attended by SEA professors and graduate students.
In the afternoon, he also gave a lecture on Emerging Technologies on Aerospace Engineering, attended by SEA undergraduate students.
