Ateneo de Davao University and Mindanao State University – Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography entered into agreement to establish a collaboration in research on the following Department of Science and Technology (DOST)-funded projects entitled “Utilizing Marine Renewable Energy to Satisfy Community Energy Demands and Stimulate Socio Development within the Philippines under the DOST-Newton Agham Institutional Link Program” and “Renewable Energy Community Desalination System (RECoDeS).”
The projects will be under AdDU’s Center for Renewable Energy and Appropriate Technologies (CREATE) and MSU-TCTO’s Seaweed Research and Development Center.
