ADDU Robotics Team Triumphs at ACAM 2025

The ADDU Robotics Team emerged as the champion of the National Winnovation TechFest during the Asian Conference on Advanced Manufacturing (ACAM) held at Solaire, Manila, triumphing over top universities nationwide with their innovative project, the SphygmoSim, an IoT-powered blood pressure training simulator designed for healthcare education.

In the same event, Ateneo de Davao University also presented its research titled “Development of 3D Printed Learning Materials and Nursing Reviewer Mobile Application for the School of Nursing.”

Developed in collaboration with the School of Nursing of Ateneo de Davao University and Davao Medical School Foundation, Inc. (DMSFI), the project showcases the power of research, technology, and partnership in creating cost-effective, locally engineered solutions from the classroom for the communities that we serve.

This homegrown innovation reflects the university’s commitment to advancing technology and education through research, creativity, and collaboration.
